CAR WASH KIT DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
MICROFIBRE CHENILLE SANDWICH WASH MITT - Rinse vehicle in soapy water to loosen dirt and grime. Submerge mitt in a bucket of soapy water and wipe over surfaces from top to bottom. Apply mesh side to scrub stubborn dirt and grime.
2 IN MICROFIBRE CORAL FLEECE WASH MITT WITH POLYMESH PAD - Rinse vehicle in soapy water to loosen dirt and grime. Submerge mitt in a bucket of soapy water and wipe over surfaces from top to bottom. Apply polymesh scrubber pad to areas affected by bugs, tar, tree sap, bird droppings, etc.
MICROFIBRE CORAL FLEECE LUXURY TOWEL - For best coverage, fold the towel and work in a circular motion. Turn towel regularly to a clean side. MICROFIBRE WAFFLE WEAVE TOWELS - For best coverage, fold the towel and work in a circular motion. Turn towel regularly to a clean side. Ensure towels are as dry as possible for a streak-free finish.
WHEEL CLEANING BRUSH - For best results when cleaning wheels, apply degreaser or wheel cleaning solution to wheels prior to scrubbing. Submerge brush in water and scrub affected areas.
DETAILING BRUSHES DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Use wet or dry to suit. Lightly brush over affected areas.
PREMIUM FOAM GRID SPONGES DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Soak new sponges in a bucket of cold or lukewarm water with/without cleaning solution for 3-4 minutes to reduce firmnes and expand to full size before use. Use for rinseless and soapy washes and apply sponge to affected surfaces as you would with any ordinary sponge.
DECONTAMINATION PACK DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
MICROFIBRE CHENILLE WASH AND SCRUBBER MITT - Rinse vehicle in soapy water to loosen dirt and grime. Submerge mitt in a bucket of soapy water and wipe over surfaces from top to bottom. Apply mesh side to scrub stubborn dirt and grime.
MEDIUM GRADE CLAY MITT - Prewash vehicle using Wash and Scrubber Mitt. While the vehicle remains wet, spray clay lubricant or detail spray liberally to one panel at a time. Gently apply Clay Mitt to well-lubricated surface that is cool to the touch and wave over surfaces in a back and forth motion applying very light pressure.
HOW TO CLEAN/MAINTAIN PRODUCTS:
CAR WASH KIT - We recommend that you machine wash after every use separately from linting materials to preserve the quality of the microfiber. A warm, gentle washing machine cycle or hand wash is best for increased longevity. Do not tumble dry as this can break down the quality of the microfiber. Hang out to air dry. The brushes can be soaked in a water-filled bucket or rinsed under a running tap to remove contaminants.
FOAM GRID SPONGES - Rinse under running water to remove contaminations. If particularly contaminated, spray all-purpose cleaner to affected area then rinse. Compress the sponge end to end in both hands to wring out and air dry. If you are storing in a humid climates, its recommended to leave sponge submerged in a bucket of water to prevent potential mould growth.
DECONTAMINATION PACK:
CLAY MITT - Rinse under running water to remove contaminations. If particularly contaminated, spray all-purpose cleaner to affected area then rinse. This product is not machine washable.

DETAILING BRUSHES/WHEEL CLEANING KIT BENDABLE BRUSHES -
Rinse under running water and hang to air dry. Soak in a bucket of water with car wash soap or laudry detergent to remove badly contaminated bristles if necessary.
GENERAL PRODUCT QUESTIONS:
Q. Your site is .au, does this mean all your products are shipped from Australia?
A. We hold inventory in warehouses accross North America, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Items will be shipped from the nearest warehouse to the assigned delivery address. Our aim is to ensure you receive your products days within ordering, not weeks. Orders from our site are generally received within 2-5 buisness days.
Q. Why have my sponges arrived compressed?
A. Our Grid Sponges are packed in vacuum sealed bags to compress its large size for logistical reasons. Simply open the sealed bags to achieve full size within minutes! You can speed up the decompression process by soaking in water or by caressing/fondling the sponge.
Q. What is a GSM rating?
A. GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter (g/m2). A higher GSM rating means a typically thicker and heavier fabric which absorbs more liquid.
Q. Are your mitts waterproof?
A. No. Your hands will become wet if mitts are saturated with water. We have allowed a durable, breathable interior material to prevent hands from becoming sweaty and icky during cleaning. Wash and Scrubber Mitt from the Decontamination Pack does not feature inner lining.
Q. What additive do you recommend I use when washing with water?
A. Any brand of car wash detergent or soap will be fine to use with our products.
Q. Will your products scratch or swirl?
A. As with any type of contact wash, its impossible to 100% mitigate micro-marring completely. Our product materials are soft and gentle and safe for contact washes. How the product is used, the quality and colour of a painted finish will vary. We recommend that you clean products after every use to remove contaminants which may build up over time. Failure to do so may lead to the spread of tiny particles causing light swirls on painted metal surfaces. Washing items regularly reduces the number of particles spreading across surfaces. You should always rinse or submerge mitts and brush in water when reapplying to wash surfaces. When continuously reusing towels for drying, make sure towels are wrung out thoroughly to allow water and built-up dirt to come away from the material before reapplying on surfaces.
Q. How should I clean your products?
A. We recommend you follow the care instructions shown on the back of your storage bag. For wash mitts and towels, hand or machine wash with laundry detergent in warm water. Wash separately from linting materials to preserve the quality of microfiber. Do NOT use bleach, tumble dry or iron. For cleaning brush, soak in water to remove contaminants.
Q. Do your products contain chemicals?
A. Absolutely not! Our products are 100% chemical free.
