Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Australian Customers:

Orders will be sent from one of two Melbourne warehouses depending on stock
availability. We often send inventory from our FBA warehoused stock at Amazon. Tracking information will be made available to customers once orders are dispatched. In some instances, tracking information is only available 2-3 days after the shipping request has been lodged. Rest assured, shipments will usually still arrive within the promised timeframe of 5-business days, despite any delays of tracking information availability. If there should be any delays made aware to us, we will promptly communicate this to our customers and you have the option to cancel the order pre-shipment. 

United States/Canada/United Kingdom/Europe Customers:

We store all international inventory with Amazon FBA. All shipments to addresses within the above shipping countries will be sent from the nearest FBA warehouse to the shipping address. Inventory is appropriately spread across multiple fulfilment centres to ensure delivery is made within the promised timeframe. In some instances, tracking information is only available 2-3 days after the shipping request has been lodged. Rest assured, shipments will usually still arrive within the promised timeframe of 5-business days, despite any delays of tracking information availability. If there should be any delays made aware to us, we will promptly communicate this to our customers and you have the option to cancel the order pre-shipment. 

RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. So if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a FULL refund (minus return shipping costs). Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be applied back to your account.

Please note that ALL return requests must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
